This Plastic PP bag strand cutting granulator machine is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, which is mainly used for waste plastic PE PP soft material, such as clean HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film flakes, clean PP woven bag, etc.

The material go through transmission system, melting system, cooling system, cutting system and collect system will turn to be clean perfect pellets for reuse.

---- Belt Conveyor: Feeding material into compactor. If too much scrap irons, metal detector may be needed.
---- Compactor: With multi blades crushing and compulsively compress the flakes into extruder.
---- Single Screw Extruder (first stage): Plasticizing material with high temperature and exhausting hot gas.
---- Hydraulic Screen Exchanger: Filter material impurity to make production more stable.
