Our company can provide large single screw extruders with the maximum diameter of 200 mm. The sheet width is customized according to customers' requirements, and the thickness ranges from 1 mm to 35 mm.

Structure of Machine:

The machinery unit consists of extruder, Screen changing device, melt pump, T-die, 3-rollr or multiple-roller calender, cooling device, edge cutter, Haul-off system, plate cutter winder, electrical control system.

Extruder die: hanger type runner structure, nitriding polishing treatment, special design, thickness adjustment, simple and accurate operation.

Three roller calender: according to the different width, it adopts vertical and vertical inclined structure, and the specially designed inner flow channel structure of the roller ensures the accurate temperature control of the roller and the surface brightness of the plastic sheet; the high-precision mirror roller ensures that the thickness of the plastic sheet can keep a small error in a wide range; the surface layer is plated with hard chromium, with high strength and long service life, and the accurate mold temperature control system can provide high quality Plastic sheet production provides high quality assurance.
