ABA film blowing machine has an unique advantage: its with 2 extruder and three layers extrusion, one is a internal filling layer.Internal filling layer could be added the recovery of material and calcium carbonate which accounts for more than 80% of total output.
This line improves the physical toughness of film through multi-layers co-extrusion.One main extruder provides material for internal and external layer and could reduce one main extruder .Meanwhile it could achieve decrease cost, energy saving and lower consumption.Greatly decrease the cost of raw material in the production ensure customer with stronger market competitiveness.

1) It is used for blowing high-low pressure polyethylene, which has been widely
used for producing laminating films, packing films, agricultural covering films,
bags or films for textile and clothing and other packing materials

2) The main motor adopts frequency control of motor speed to improve the speed
regulating stability of main motor and save electricity by 30%

3) The screw and material barrel adopt 38 chrome-molybdenum aluminum which has
been nitrogen treated and the traction frame adopts lifting type
