FORSTAR Injection Moulding Machine for Thin Wall Products

The high speed plastic injection machines in this series are in high rigidity.
All weighted parts or units have been analyzed through Finite Element Analysis so that they are in fine dimension and reasonable structured, keeping the complex stress under 100MPa. This enables good safety factory, small distortion and long service life, ensuring high precision of plastic products as well as mould protection.

In this way, the general performance is much better, including anti-vibration, fatigue resistant, low noise level, good stability, low failure rate, suitable for high speed running, small swing amplitude, resistant to vibration caused by impact, good plasticizing, short moulding cycle, and good repeatability and so on.

This high-speed plastic injection machines are equipped with quick response servo system.
Enabling the injectiuon speed to be as high as 240mm/sec and even reaches 500mm/sec with upgrade options.
