SKRG1200 HDPE Hollow wall corrugated pipe extrusion line

HDPE Hollow wall corrugated pipe produced by this line has high ring stiffness, high brunt intensity and low weight due to its unique structure, In addtional, it has many advantages such as good creep deformation resistance, outer pressure resistance, erosion resistance (such as acid, alkali and salt erc. ) long life of approximate 50 years.



It has been widely used for sewerage and drainage in multicipal, it will replace the cement pipe, cast iron pipe and other pipes. Its low cost of assembling, easy operation, easy connection and economical construction can make it wide foreground and market potential.




The production line includes two parts.
1.The first part is PE Pipe Production Line. The function of it extrude PE/PP pipe or PE/PP Square Shaped Pipe ( according to your customer requirement ). It include the following equipments: SJ series Single Screw Extruder /Die Head (outer mold and mandrill) /Calibration Sleeve / Vacuum Cooling Tank / Spray Cooling Tank



2.The second part is Forming Machine. The function of it can produce qualified HDPE Large Diameter Hollow Wall Winding Pipe. It includes equipments as below: SJ series Single Screw Extruder / Die Head / Spiral forming unit .
