Product Description

PVC twisted film up rotary film blowing machine  and related advantages
1. The machine is firm, using H steel + track reinforced steel to make the machine firm and stable, and will not shake in the production process;
2. The motor of extruder is Shanghai Dedong variable frequency motor with stable performance;
3. The reducer is equipped with plate cooling oil pump to keep the thrust shaft bearing lubricated and increase the service life. The barrel screw is designed according to the performance of PVC material (good plasticizing effect, no raw material, high extrusion volume);
4. Ceramic heater (fast heating and heat dissipation) and fan made in Taiwan have good cooling effect;
5. The hopper is made of stainless steel and equipped with automatic feeder.
6. 7 groups of temperature control instruments of  main engine electric control box display independently (4 groups of barrel and 3 groups of mold temperature), and are equipped with independent display motor tachometer (R / min) and current (a);
7. The mould is designed and produced by ourselves, processed by imported CNC lathe, made of 42mm gold material, heat treated and vacuum quenched. The mould has high precision of roundness, coaxiality and perpendicularity. With fixed mould, the extrusion density of plasticizer is high (making the film transparent), the mould head comes out to blow upward, and the foam stabilizing device is added, and the mould special wrench is equipped;
8. The whole upper auxiliary machine of the upper rotary film blowing machine can bear 15 tons of weight when rotating at 360 ºC. The upper and lower rolling balls of the rotary gear plate are precisely configured, and the run out error of meridional and axial direction is very small, so the rotary platform can rotate smoothly for 15 minutes / circle. The 360 ºC rotary three traction is used by the rotary DC motor, and the three-phase four wire conductive ring is used for power supply and gas supply. The structure is reasonable and the device is safe;
9. The winding adopts frequency conversion automatic tension control, 360 ºC rotary winding maintains good straightness, the thickness of products is uniform, and the hydraulic elevator is used for unloading, which is safe, durable and trouble free.
