Instruction of JLRS rasper

After pre-shredding, sometimes rubber or plastic shreds with steel wires and fiber, these composite materials can be further broken down with JLRS rasper, steel wire can be cleaned, in the end steel wire available with a purity of 98%.

Application

Steel wires composited plastic, rubber.....like used tire shreds, automobile window sealing rubber strip, wire cable, natural gas pipeline.


Main equipments of tire recycle plant

3. Rasper - crushing shredded rubber into 10-15mm
4. Magnet separator - sorting out steel wire from 10-15mm rubber mulch
5. Granulator - Fine crushing 10-15mm rubber mulch into 1-7mm
6. Vibrating screen - sort different size rubber granules, separate and collect fiber
7. Rubber disc mill - milling 1-7mm rubber granules into rubber powder
