Q2-How to install / assemble when I receive the machine?
--- We provide video, telephone and other online guidance or dispatch Commissioning personnel. And we cooperate with local companies in some areas and ask them to come to the door for Commissioning.
Q3-How does the company payment?
---40% (Forty percent) of the total contract price shall be paid by TT to the supplier within three working days after the effective date of the contract. And 60% (Sixty percent) shall be paid before T / T shipment.
Q4-What about the shipping?
--- We can send the small spare parts by air express for urgent matter. And the complete production line by sea to save the cost. You can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder. The nearest port is China Shunde, Guangzhouport, which is convenient for maritime transportation.
Q5-.If there is a problem with the machine and we can't solve it by ourselves. Can you come and repair it?
--- Generally, we will let the after-sales personnel to provide telephone or video guidance first. If it can't be solved, we will send the after-sales personnel to repair it until the problem is solved.
