PVC pipe production line, we can supply different machines for diameter from 16mm to 800mm .

For different diameter range pipe,will be equipped with corresponding different production lines.
we can supply PVC pipe production lines for diameter:
16mm,20mm,25mm,32mm,40mm,50mm,63mm,
75mm,90mm,110mm,125mm,160mm,200mm,250mm,280mm,315mm,355mm,400mm,
450mm,500mm,550mm,630mm,710mm,800mm.

for those small diameter pipe,such as not more than 32mm pipe, can 4 cavity;
such as not more than 110mm diameter pipe, can 2 cavity.
for those big diameter pipe, such as more than 110mm, will be single cavity.

16-32mm is small diameter pipe, generally settle four cavity machine(produce 4 pipe at same time),
also can settle two cavity machine(produce 2 pipe at same time).

4 cavity pvc electric conduit pipe making machine with SJSZ65/132 as main extruder, specially designed for PVC electrical tube, water supply pipe extrusion .

Four cavity PVC pipe production line is composed with main conical twin screw 65/132 extruder , 4 cavity mould, 4 cavity cooling calibration tank, 4 station haul off, 4 station cutter and 4 station stacker ,

which can extrude four pipes at same time on one machine, increasethe capacity a lot and reduce production time, so it can save investment cost in factory building and production.
