Application : YF series production line is designed for extrusion of PVC plastic window and door's and cross-section cable
pipes,aluminum-plastic composite profiles and etc.PVC profiles are widely used in the building industry,home and office decoration.
Properties and advantages: This line features stable Plasticization, high output,low sheering force,long life service and other advantages. The production line consists of control system, conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder,extrusion die, calibration unit,haul off unit, film covering machine and stacker. The extruder is equipped with alternating-current inverter (ABB or Eurotherm drive), imported temperature controller (RKC,Japan). The calibration unit's pump and haul off unit's reducer are famous brand products. After simple changing of the die and screw, it also can produce the foam profiles.

 

 

Two step WPC profile machine introduction 
 

Two-step way is that the wood-plastic composite materials complete in different equipments of mixing, from play, extruding products, mixing the raw material in a certain formula, forming wood-plastic particles in the middle, and then squeezing out products.

And nowadays, the two-step way is used currently, application of a wider general use dual-cone-or two-extruder extruder granulation, and then double-cone or single screw extruder extrusion products,mainly used in floor indoor or outdoor, parapets, tray, such as PE plastic extrusion products. Because of the advantages: simple operation, lower requests to the overall technological level and to the matching mold and extrusion equipment than the one-step, and also smaller investment on equipment relatively.
