Installation & Commissioning
The seller will arrange one or two engineers to the buyer's factory for installation, commissioning and know-how training. The buyer should be responsible for their round-trip airplane tickets, visa cost, accomodations in buyer's country such as food and living, local transportation, and allowance of 50USD per day for each person.
Warranty: The warranty is for 1 year since delivery, but tear and wear parts not included.
After service:
The guarantee period is 12 months and service is available lifelong. The cost caused by the seller's expert in customer's country (including shuttle trip ticket between China and the Buyer's, inland traffic, medical fees, lodging, dinner and so on) and the cost of the materials of the components will be covered by the buyer, but during guarantee period, the cost of the components will be covered by the seller, and allowance of 50USD per day for each person for test and installation machine in customer Under the right operation way, the quantities screw and barrel is for 5000 working hours.
Our expert will answer any inquiry within 24-48 hours and it will be solved as soon as possible.
The customer can send the engineer to our GPM with training.
The Seller supplies the complete technical support documents and the relative drawings of the electric components written in Chinese and English.
The seller can send enough technicians to the Buyer's company for installation and testing the lines.
If any quality defects during the warranty, the seller will deliver the parts to the buyer for replacement free of charge or send the engineer to the buyer's, if necessary, for checking and repairing without charging any service cost. But any claims of the buyer exceeding the damage to property which is not the object of the seller, for lost profit
