Formerly known as Dongguan DEKUMA-WELLTEC Machinery Ltd, it was a joint-venture between Cosmos Machinery Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of the HK publicly listed Cosmos Machinery Enterprises Limited) and German Dekuma GmbH. DEKUMA specializes in supply of rubber injection machine and extrusion line, covering product research & development, sales and after-sales and manufacturing. In line with repositioning of product development and strategic focus on the total solution for rubber injection and plastic extrusion processing technologies, the company has been renamed as DEKUMA Rubber and Plastic Technology (Dongguan) Ltd in year 2009. DEKUMA is dedicated to provide total solution including machine, mould, downstream and auxiliary equipment to customers world-wide.
Our products are in compliance with European standard. The designs of main components such as injection and extrusion units, screws, moulds, die heads and cold runner blocks are directed by German technologies, and all materials sourcing and manufacturing processes are strictly controlled under the German procedures and quality standard. Thus DEKUMA machineries, moulds and accessories are world-wide recognized for their high quality and high reliability.

The extrusion line from Dekuma adopts the latest German tehcnology which guarantees the superior machine performance. Dekuma strives for the perfection of each single eight component to optimize the machine. DKM single screw extruder provides eight different screw diameters: Ø 45mm, Ø 70mm, Ø 80mm, Ø 90mm, Ø 100mm, Ø 120mm and Ø 150mm, and the L/D ratio 30D, 33D and 36D. The advanced B&R-PCC or SIMENS moulder control system realises the real time data recording function, the automatic control and the wide range of material application and high output.
