Our products have features of high precision, wear resistance and corrosion resistance through heat treatment, Nitriding treatment, Hard-chrome electroplating, Bimetallic alloy welding and other processing ways.
We can manufacture most types of extruder screws, injection moulding screws, twin screws and rubber screws used in the plastics, rubber industry′s. Also refurbish any size of extruder, ranging from the smallest lab screw up to screws of 600m/m dia and 6 metres in length, using all types of Hard facing materials.
