Qingdao Tsan Fan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., (Tsanfan), is mainly engaged in the research and development of new polymer materials, and special equipment processing, etc. The company are mainly focused on PTFE (suspension, dispersion, modification) granulation, filling powder, granular and lubricating grade ultra-fined powder production;
Installed with latest designed pellets machine, Tsanfan can make over 2000 tons production capacity. At present, the quality of PTFE granules and granulation equipment from Tsanfan is excellent, with unique design and special processing technology. Our granules has the advantages of smooth and tough surface, high fluidity and density, also the diameter of the granules are controllable, etc.
MAIN CATEGORIES:
PTFE series products mainly consist pure particles, color particles, filler particles, powder, filled glass fiber, copper graphite powder, molybdenum disulfide, carbon fiber, stainless steel, ceramics, and polyphenyl ester, etc. All forms of delivered material processing is welcomed.
Equipment products include PTFE granulation equipment. Tetrafluorine filling mixer, purifying and de-dusting equipment, automatic moulding machine, Tetrafluorine mould, sintering furnace oven, etc.

Until now, Tsafan has totally installed with eight automatic production lines in five production workshops. Each product workshop is designed specially for separate kind of material, which realized the guarantee of clean raw materials at a maximum degree. It will also improve the quality and stability of the parcels.
Machine Processing:
Tsanfan has also installed with machinery and equipment processing center, which includes 2 large CNC machine tools, 6 lathes, 6 wire cutting, etc. All the other complete facilities are installed, also. The products from our company has be passed through the IS9001-2000 quality system certification and CE certification, with good assurance machinery and equipment quality. Furthermore, we have special engineer team for mold design and processing.
