Rising Sun Rotomolding Co., Ltd. Started in 2003, located on a peninsula in Wenling, Zhejiang province, where the first glimmers of light hit in 2000. It is a technology-based enterprise, which serves as a professional R & D platform of Rotational Moulding with worldwide rotational molding mould, covering the area of rotational machinery, rotational molding, and rotational products. The company is the member of The Affiliation of Rotational Moulding Organization (ARMO) and The China National Defense Industry Association. The company also has many other titles, such as the deputy director of the Rotomoulding Professional Committee of China Plastic Processing Industry Association (RPC-CPPIA), member of ARM, memeber of ARMA, Zhejiang Science and Technology Enterprise, National High-tech Enterprise and Rotational Moulding R& D Center and Practice Base. Taking independent research and development of Rotational Moulding as the core, the company was the first to pass some authoritative certifications, such as UL, CE, ISO 9001-2008, VB. The rotational machine produced by the company, known as "Rising Sun" brand, is popular in the domestic. On the other hand, it is relatively energy-saving and environmental friendly in the international market. In 2010, the company and Beijing University of Chemical Technology jointly established a Rotational Moulding R& D base, which was listed as one of the High-tech R& D Center nationally. Using ANSYS software, professionals analyzed mechanics of machinery, the deformation and strength of plastic products by the method of finite element. They also made a research on wireless inner mould temperature measurement system, intellectualization of Rotational Moulding equipment, rapid prototyping manufacturing of rotational mold and application of Rotational Moulding technology in new fields. In 2014, the company cooperated with China Jiliang University, carrying out the industrial design of Rotational Moulding machinery, molds and products. In 2015, the company collaborated with Beijing Technology and Business University, conducting a research on heat transfer analysis and calculation of Rotational Moulding.
In recent years, the company has achieved fruitful success: Applied for and obtained more than 60 patents, including 12 invention patents, 30 utility model patents and 6 appearance patents; Published more than 30 papers; Exported products to more than 60 countries, such as the United States, Australia, Canada, France, Russia, South Korea, Bolivia, Myanmar, Egypt, the Philippines, Thailand, etc. What′s more, the production of fully enclosed, programmable automated, energy saving and environmental protection Rotational Moulding machine was listed as "Wenling Major Science and
Technology Projects"; The Intelligent Control System of Rotational Moulding Equipment was listed as "Key Funded Projects of Special Fund for Service Industry in Zhejiang; The Advanced Manufacturing Technology of Rotational Moulding for large shaped or special shaped products has passed the technical appraisal of Light Industry Federation. The key technology is original at home and abroad, also ahead of international standards. In 2017, our company participated in the development of large-scale Rotational Moulding chandelier (9m in Diameter) for BRICS Summit Conference in Xiamen. The technology designed in this project is the first of its kind in the country and also internationally leading.
