Guangzhou Henggang Machinery Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer that produces PET&PP Automatic Blow Molding machine. The factory locates in NO. 1 Industrial Zone, Taihe Town, Baiyun Dist., Guangzhou, and it is very near the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, just 20 minutes by car.
Before the factory is established, Chairman Mr. Wen Zhen Ping had already accumulated rich experiences in the field of machines′production for more than 20 years. After a long time of preparation, Mr. Wen founded Guangzhou Henggang Machinery Co., Ltd in the year 2003, and set up the target to "produce the best cost-effective, the best quality blow molding machine". After 12 years of continuously development, Henggang Machinery factory has completed the industrial upgrade from the semi-auto blow molding machine to 9 cavities high-speed automatic blow molding machine, and enlarged the products′ scope to cover almost all kinds of bottles. We have special and exclusive machines for containers like mineral water bottle, beverage bottle, cosmetic bottle, wide neck candy bottle, edible oil bottle, baby feeding bottle etc...Due to the machine′s high stability, our blow molding machine is especially good at producing difficult containers such as wide neck bottle and irregular-shaped bottle. Our machines are well adopted by famous brands such as Cestbon, Walmart, Country Garden, Haday, Laf, Repand, Shinny Eye Drops.
In order to improve the quality of the blow molding machine, Henggang Machinery factory established second branch in Conghua, Guangzhou, and the new factory is independent department only in charge of research and development, production of the hardware parts of the blow molding machine. The new factory is equipped with 3 sets of CNC machine, and many sets of drilling machine and milling machine. Under the direction of experienced engineers, Henggang keeps improving the fineness of the hardware components, and the accuracy of the connection between different parts. Plus the well selected import electrical components, our blow molding machine has better and better performance in the stability and safety.
