1. After Sales Service

   Technical documents:
   RETECH will offer you all necessary documents, e.g. general layout plan, electrical diagram and user manual after the contract is executed.
   Arrangement for inspection, installation and commission:
   1.After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to RETECH. All expenses generated will be paid by customer. Customer can also consign RETECH to finish inspection work.
   2.After the machines are delivered to customer's factory, please arrange preparation work for water connection and electric power supply.
   3.RETECH will send technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;
   4.Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines involved in washing line.
   5.Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer's factory.
   After-sales services: 12 months since B/L date
   During this guarantee period, RETECH will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations,RETECH will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
   Long-term service:
   RETECH will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
