By unique design of rotor,the single shaft shredder is capable to cut the big PP bags or rolling PP into small flakes. Small cutted PP flakes is very average for feeding into extruder with stable and lower electric current.



Compactor of BOPP/BOPET Lamination Packaging Film Recycling Granulating Line
The BOPET PP compactor is a key part for feeding capacity, pre-heating by friction and cut will dry and agglomeration the flakes into Semi-plasticing shape,it is more compact and easy feeding. Cooling by water around barrel of compactor can keep the temperature around 100°C.


Main Extruder of BOPET Lamination Packaging Film Recycling Granulating Line
The screw and barrel structure is designed by natures of PP material. First, it will heating and melting the materials.There is a degassing vent in the middle of extruder. It is for degassing the useless cells and impurities. 
In the end of screw, we prepare a pressure alarming system to inform the operators to changing nets timely. It is controlled by current system.

Die face cutting
Die face cutting is another important point of the whole line. Refined calculations by pressure and MFI can be assure for good looking granules.


Dryer
Here we put centrifugal machines or vibrator machines as optional.Dried granules can be make piping or blowing directly.
